The COTTAGE is mainly a rustic "conch style" wooden structure nestled between two concrete structures. It features a front porch, and a side patio wood deck with a 'sand' pool perfect for people watching, or savoring morning and noon coffee or tea, and both overlooking the (Villa Pesquera) Fishermen's Village Enterprise Center. Plenty of private patios, ZEN Gardens, and a rear terrace overlooking a tropical outdoors and the majestic mangrove forest, offering for your enjoyment a unique first row seat to the morning and evening birds orchestra and their melodious overtures... not to forget to mention the amazing sun and moon rises...a spectacle by themselves!
DECOR: ELEGANT and AESTHETICALY PLEASING rebuilt HISTORIC cottage combined with a modern concrete structure, finished with rustic wood and tropical furnishings, redwood flooring and pine wood ceilings in the older section. Include a total of 2 parking spaces and 1 Car port, 1 Bathroom, 2 Bedrooms, Living, Dining, Family Room, Front Porch and a completely private rear Terrace and Patio for enjoyable evenings and sun rises. The Cottage combines a fully-equipped compact kitchen, and conveniences, like Microwave, Refrigerator, Gas Stove, Blenders, Coffee Maker and Water Filter. Clothes washer and dryer are optional and available upon request.
CONVENIENCE: handy to many supermarkets and malls, department stores, food trucks, great and inexpensive local seafood and typical Puerto Rican restaurants, eateries and bakeries within walking distance or 15 minutes drive. Near or easily accesible to golf courses, bike and pedestrian trails, tropical forests, caves and to a variety of beaches in Isabela for swimming, diving, snorkeling, surfing and wind/kite surfing.
GETTING to ISABELA: located on the quiet, safe and relatively unspoiled on northernwestern coast of the island of Puerto Rico, only 70 miles west of San Juan; it is a quick 90 easy minute trip, almost entirely on highway via PR Autoexpress #22 West.
