UTILITIES "INCLUDED" for the (3) three and (6)six months option means your monthly rent covers the cost of the following utilities up to a total amount of three hundred dollars ($300.00) per month to cover Water, Sewer and Electricity. Any excess will be deducted from the rent deposit account.
The same applies to the Yearly rental opton, except you can opt to register the utilities acoounts to your name and handle payments accordingly
