CHARMING "conch style" cottage located across the street from the Fishermen's Village Enterprise Center in Isabela, Puerto Rico, and just one block from the beach and the Punta Sardina Bay (yet totally discreet and private). Handy to many supermarkets and malls, department stores, fast food places, great and inexpensive local seafood and typical Puerto Rican restaurants, eateries and bakeries within walking distance or 10 minutes drive. Near or easily accesible to a variety of beaches in Isabela for swimming, diving, snorkeling and wind/kite surfing. Also, within reasonable drive to the world-famous Arecibo observatory and the  Camuy caves, world-class surfing and whale watching in world-famous Rincon. Only a few miles from the wild Guajataca beach, the Guajataca river and the beautiful Guajataca Lake

The COTTAGE has been fully renovated and features a front porch overlooking the (Villa Pesquera) Fishermen's Village Enterprise Center and a private patio and sun deck overlooking the mangrove forest. This HISTORIC and ELEGANT cottage" is DECORATED with fine wood and tropical furnishings, Redwood flooring and wood ceilings. Include a total of 1 bathroom, 2 Bedrooms,  Living, Dining, Full Kitchen, Family Room, Front Porch and a rear Terrace/Sun Deck and Patio for enjoyable evenings and sun rises. The ACCOMODATIONS consist of (1) one twin & (1) one bunk bed (2 twins) on secondary bedroom, (1) one full size in the master bedroom. 

The Cottage combines the following AMENITIES - fully-equipped kitchen,  and conveniences, like Microwave, Refrigerator, Gas Stove,  Coffee Maker and filtered water. Definitely, the facilities are ready for you - just bring your clothes, bedsheets, towels and toileteries and start enjoying Isabela, the Garden of the Northwest of Puerto Rico.

Rates in US Funds To reserve Casa del Sol a Pre-Payment of 50% of the Total is Required.  Remaining 50% Balance and a Refundable Security Deposit of $100.00 is Required Upon Arrival.   Should a Cancellation Be Necessary, No Penalty Will Be Incurred If The Property is Rented By Another Guest For The Same Time Period. Otherwise, the Penalty will be 40% of Your Pre-Payment.

Getting There: Starting Point: BQN-AGUADILLA AIRPORT-10 MILES E Instructions: Turn right out of the airport. Take a left at the end of the road then a right. At the end of the road make a left, then a right . You should be on Rte. 110. Follow Rte. 110 for approx. 2 mi. Left onto  Rte. 4466. (Towards Isabela, Jobos Beach) Follow Rte. 4466  to almost  the end.  Passing by the Costa Dorada Hotel, when going up the hill, you will find a steep winding road to your left. Follow it and you should be at the fishermen's village. Find the basketball court. Go into the village and at the first intersection make a left, then a right at Jose Gonzalez Street. Second house at your left #E-62. Starting Point: DOWNTOWN ISABELA - TOWN CENTER (MAIN SQUARE) - 1/4 MILE WEST  Instructions: Find the Catholic Church on the main square (Plaza). Follow the road downhill towards the ocean. You should be on Emilio Gonzalez Street going down towards Rte. 4466. Just keep going until you have the fishermen's village on sight (to your right). Stay on your right.   You will see a steep winding road. Follow it and you should be at the fishermen's village. If you see the Costa Dorada Hotel to your right, that means you missed it. Do not despair... Just keep going and in a few seconds you will find a small road to your right that travels along the coast. Follow it and it will take you straight onto the fishermen's village. Once there, look for the basketball court. Drive into the village and at the first intersection make a left, then a right at Jose Gonzalez Street. Second house at your left #E-62. Maps
